CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for your reservation.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid for your reservation.
If you do not cancel and/or do not show up on the day and time of your treatment, the amount paid for your reservation will not be refunded. There will be a 100% penalty.
If you have a gift voucher, the cancellation and refund policy will be the same.
For security reasons, only people over 16 years of age are allowed to use the facilities.
